1. Acceptance and Terms
By accessing or using https://journeyhome-realestate.com/palms-and-pink-skies (“the Website”), you (“Guest”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
• Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before arrival.
• Automatic Authorization: By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your card for the full rental amount—this includes any applicable cleaning fees, resort or amenities fees, pet fees (if applicable), and applicable sales tax.
• Requests: While we strive to accommodate special preferences (e.g., unit, bedding, or upgrade requests), these cannot be guaranteed—but we’ll make every reasonable effort. Similar to Pineapple Doors’ policy, they note “unit requests are not guaranteed”
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
• Confirm and manage bookings
• Communicate with you before, during, and after your stay
• Respond to inquiries or customer service requests
• Send promotional offers (only if you have opted in)
• Improve our website and guest experience
• Ensure legal compliance and prevent fraud
4. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
• “You” / “Guest” refers to the person accessing or using the Website.
• “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Journey Home Real Estate and Palms & Pink Skies.
• “Parties” refers to both You and Us collectively.
4. License & Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—from images, designs, text, to trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Palms & Pink Skies, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and view the content for personal use only. You must not:
• Republish or redistribute content

6. User Comments and Feedbacks
